We are looking for a driven and strategic National Account Manager to join our team at JuneShine Brands. What you'll be doing
- You will own and grow key regional and national accounts, focusing on driving distribution, sales velocity, and brand presence across top-tier retailers.
- You will collaborate with our national account team, local sales representatives, and marketing staff to execute annual business plans, promotional events, and product launches.
- You will leverage data tools like VIP, IRI, and Nielsen to monitor competitor activity, track your sales performance, and provide actionable insights to our leadership team.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in the adult beverage industry and a passion for mission-driven brands. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in adult beverage sales, specifically supporting national account execution.
- Expertise in using VIP, IRI, and Nielsen data to inform your sales strategy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- You must be at least 21 years of age and hold a state-specific alcohol certification by your start date.
- You must reside in IL, TX, TN, NC, SC, NJ, or NY and have reliable transportation.
- You must be comfortable with travel, including overnight stays for at least 6 to 10 days per month.
- Excellent communication skills in English to foster strong relationships with buyers and distributors.
