Role at a glance
This is a Senior level, full-time position based at our office in London. You will work on-site as you engage with artists, manage licensing, and help talent grow their presence on our platforms.
Your impact
- Design and launch innovative programs to attract top musical talent across our target markets.
- Lead the acquisition of original music content producers and artists while negotiating strategic partnership agreements.
- Establish content guidelines that align with local media regulations and our technical requirements, ensuring all content meets our quality standards.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone with significant experience in the music, entertainment, or media sectors. You should have a strong grasp of the music business ecosystem and existing connections within the local community, including labels, production houses, publishers, and talent agencies.
Because you will be responsible for our operations in French and German-speaking countries, you must possess native or near-native fluency in French or German. You must also have a strong command of English to collaborate effectively with our international team.
