Role at a glance

We are seeking a Junior MSU Field Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States, where you will be the boots-on-the-ground expert responsible for the health and performance of our mobile surveillance infrastructure. You will work closely with our management staff to ensure our technology is always operating at peak efficiency.

Your impact

• Install and maintain mobile surveillance units, including all associated wiring and system components, using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in the field, providing detailed reports on necessary repairs and required materials.
• Coordinate with management and clients to conduct site tours, demonstrate products, and ensure all operational and safety standards are met.

What you'll need

Success in this role requires a blend of technical aptitude and clear communication. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with their hands and can explain complex technical progress to managers and clients alike.

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience with low voltage troubleshooting and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and multimeters.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to read blueprints and write detailed reports.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to tow trailers.
• Physical capability to climb ladders and lift up to 100 lbs.
• A clean criminal and driving history, as you will be required to pass a drug screening and background check.
• The ability to travel as needed to support various contracts.

Perks and compensation
