MSP Customer Marketing Manager at Blackpoint Cyber

The role

We are seeking a Senior MSP Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position designed for a seasoned marketer who excels at managing programs from the initial planning phase through final execution. You will play a vital role in our expansion efforts by partnering with our customer success and account management teams to drive growth and product adoption within our existing base of managed service providers.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive expansion campaigns that drive product adoption, upsell opportunities, and long-term growth across our customer base.
• Create and manage sophisticated email nurture programs tailored to the specific lifecycle stages of our MSP partners.
• Collaborate with our product and content marketing teams to produce high-value resources, webinars, and initiatives that support the success of our MSP partners.

Skills and experience

• At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a mandatory background in marketing specifically to managed service providers.
• Practical, hands-on proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM for managing marketing and sales automation.
• Strong capabilities in copywriting for email communications and enablement materials.
• A detail-oriented approach to project management with the ability to handle multiple timelines simultaneously.
• A data-driven mindset, including experience in analyzing campaign performance to provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Fluency in English.
