About the Role
We are seeking a MSK Coach to join us on a part-time basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Back and Joint program. You will use our technology and specialized programming to help members manage chronic pain, providing a level of reach and flexibility that goes beyond a traditional clinic setting. This position requires 20 hours per week, with a preference for availability during evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new members through introductory and check-in calls to ensure they are set up for success within the program.
- Monitor member progress and adherence to their assigned plans, proactively reaching out to those who may be at risk of falling behind.
- Collaborate with our product and leadership teams by providing feedback to help improve our technology, coaching processes, and overall member experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A valid Personal Trainer certification.
- A valid Strength Coach certification.
- A valid Corrective Exercise Specialist certification.
- A college degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinic or a similar healthcare environment is preferred.
Location
This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere, though we strongly encourage applicants in the Eastern and Pacific time zones to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role is 93,600 USD annually, which equates to 45.00 USD per hour. We also provide the benefit of remote work to support your professional and personal balance.
