We are AstroPay, a company dedicated to building a revolutionary online payment solution that goes far beyond the capabilities of a traditional digital wallet. We are looking for a talented Lead Motion Designer to join our diverse, global team and help us shape the visual identity of our brand through creative animation and video storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality motion graphics for a wide range of media platforms.
- Partner with our marketing team to develop video tutorials, creative campaigns, social media content, and internal videos.
- Curate audio, video, and animation assets to elevate our graphic design projects.
- Edit raw footage and integrate visual effects to enhance our motion output.
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies to keep our creative work fresh and effective.
- Collaborate with the design team to define and evolve the motion identity for AstroPay.
- Contribute to team growth by participating in external inspiration sessions and challenging existing standards to solve design problems.
Must-haves
- A degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in industry-standard software, specifically Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Proven ability to animate UI interfaces with clarity and balance.
- The flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while switching between different editing and motion tasks.
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent communication skills and a conceptual mindset for creative problem-solving.
- A proactive attitude and a drive to exceed expectations on every project.
