Backed by $55 million from top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Index Ventures, our small but mighty team is looking for a Mortgage Product Specialist to join us on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the Vesta platform by testing all functionality and maintaining meticulous documentation for our test cases.
- Collaborate with our partner integrations team to configure systems and perform precise data mapping across various platforms.
- Work alongside our customer implementation team to create comprehensive documentation regarding loan fulfillment workflows and product nuances.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of operational experience in the mortgage industry, specifically as a processor, underwriter, closer, or manager in those fields.
- Hands-on experience working with at least two different loan origination systems and a track record of supporting high-volume mortgage originations.
- Technical proficiency or a strong aptitude for learning, particularly regarding APIs, XML, and MISMO standards.
- Familiarity with technical testing tools such as Postman is considered a significant advantage.
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
What we offer
