The EMAC Group is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer
We are a state-chartered bank currently focused on expanding our market presence throughout Minneapolis. We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. If you are a driven professional with a proven history of identifying new borrowers and building strong referral networks, we would love to have you help us grow our lending footprint.
What you'll be doing
- You will identify new mortgage opportunities by cultivating and maintaining a robust network of referral partners, including realtors, builders, and other professional contacts.
- You will work directly with new and existing bank customers to assess their specific loan requirements, providing expert advice on the best products, terms, and pricing for their needs.
- You will manage the full mortgage application process, ensuring that all internal policies and procedures are followed while you work to meet your individual sales goals.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Current experience working within the mortgage industry.
- A strong, active network of referral partners and an existing database of customers.
- A documented track record of success as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate with our clients and internal teams.
