Mobile Software Engineer at Novatalent

At Siro, we are on a mission to transform the field sales landscape. As a Series A company, we have developed an AI-powered coaching platform designed specifically for professionals who conduct sales in person. While field sales represents a massive portion of the workforce in the United States, these individuals often lack the guidance they need to succeed. We are changing that by providing the tools necessary to make field sales a reliable path toward financial freedom. We are currently looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity and help us build the next generation of our mobile experience.

Key outcomes

• Take the lead on developing and refining features for our mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Work in tandem with our product managers, designers, and engineering peers to define and execute our product roadmap.
• Author clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Swift and Kotlin.
• Maintain our high standards for code quality by participating in reviews and providing mentorship to other engineers.
• Ensure our applications remain performant, secure, and resilient while protecting user data.
• Help us refine our internal development processes and stay ahead of industry trends to keep our tech stack modern.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in mobile development, supported by a portfolio of applications you have successfully launched.
• Advanced proficiency in Swift, with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in iOS development.
• A proven track record of launching and scaling mobile products within early-stage startup environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing technical projects and mentoring other team members.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mobile development standards, including security protocols, performance tuning, and offline-first architectures.
• Practical experience with Git for version control and managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems using a first-principles approach.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

We are committed to competitive compensation and offer a salary range of $200,000 to $220,000, depending on experience level. In addition to salary, we provide highly competitive equity grants. Our team also benefits from a hybrid work model.
