We are now pushing into the groundbreaking field of digital medicine, using our extensive research and data to develop therapeutic programs for conditions like ADHD. As we prepare for a major product relaunch and the commercial debut of our first digital therapeutic, we are building a new, high-impact engineering team in India to help drive our next chapter of growth.
Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in India, where you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our mobile applications. You will be joining a team that balances the agility of a startup with the stability of an established, revenue-generating business.
Your impact
- You will lead the development and coding process, actively solving complex problems to ensure our mobile products perform at their best.
- You will influence our technical direction by participating in high-level architectural decisions and defining the implementation strategies for new features.
- You will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical specifications.
What you'll need
- At least 6 years of professional experience in building mobile applications, with a proven history of shipping high-quality software.
- Deep expertise in native mobile development for either Android or iOS.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework is highly preferred.
- A solid grasp of mobile architecture, design patterns, API integration, unit testing, and continuous integration workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, team-oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguous environments.
- A passion for cognitive health and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
