About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission, building the interfaces and applications that provide first-class service to our members and health professionals. You will work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment where engineers have the autonomy to make product decisions and take full ownership of the solutions they create.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient systems and engineering practices that facilitate seamless interaction across our various products and teams.
- Tackle high-impact, complex technical projects while mentoring fellow engineers and leading project crews.
- Contribute to the growth of our engineering community by participating in the hiring process and refining our technical assessment strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are curious, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow. You should have the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in developing mobile applications using React Native.
- A strong grasp of React Native best practices, performance optimization, and cross-platform development.
- Familiarity with native mobile development concepts, APIs for iOS and Android, and app store deployment guidelines.
- A willingness to work with Python and TypeScript when necessary.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-oriented environment.
