What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Cell Phone Repair Technician to work with us on a Contractor basis. In this role you will handle repairs for a wide range of devices, including Apple iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets, Motorola, OnePlus, and other popular handheld devices. You will operate from a company-provided vehicle, travel directly to customers, and manage your own schedule while delivering reliable service. Three main responsibilities include performing high-quality mobile device repairs, providing clear and professional customer communication about issues and repair options, and maintaining adequate parts inventory along with the necessary tools and equipment. Requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of hands-on experience repairing phones and tablets, along with strong technical knowledge of current mobile hardware and common repair procedures. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own inventory, and traveling to customer locations. Clear communication, a professional approach to customer service, and the ability to explain technical details in simple terms are essential. Proficiency in English is required.
