Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level Mobile Building Engineer position based in the United States. You will work on-site, traveling between assigned properties to provide expert maintenance and operational support. You will play a key role in maximizing energy efficiency and providing top-tier service to our tenants.
Your impact
- You will perform essential preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire control systems to keep our facilities in excellent condition.
- You will ensure all operations strictly follow EPA, OSHA, and ASHRAE safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
- You will act as a primary troubleshooter, diagnosing and repairing facility issues while providing clear communication to tenants and management.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone with a strong mechanical background and a commitment to safety. You should be comfortable working independently and navigating building systems using modern technology.
- At least 2 years of field experience or equivalent technical training.
- Current EPA certification is required for this role.
- Proficiency in English to interpret technical manuals and communicate effectively with our team and clients.
- A solid understanding of Building Automation Systems and safety codes like NEC and NFC.
- The physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work from heights, and climb ladders as needed.
- CFC certification is highly preferred.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $67,000 to $71,000 USD per year.
