At Nutrafol, we are pioneers in the hair wellness space, dedicated to helping people grow into the best versions of themselves through clinically tested, natural solutions. We are currently looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer to join our newly formed mobile team and help shape the future of our platform for iOS and Android.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build and enhance our mobile applications while ensuring robust unit testing.
- Partner with project leads to plan sprints, conduct retrospectives, and define our long-term technical roadmap.
- Establish and enforce high-quality coding standards, workflows, and best practices to ensure maintainable software.
- Identify and resolve bugs, providing timely fixes to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Document application architecture to support knowledge sharing and onboarding for the team.
- Manage the end-to-end process for testing, submission, and publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by brainstorming new ideas and providing constructive feedback to peers.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of professional experience developing mobile applications using Flutter within an eCommerce context.
- Advanced proficiency in Dart, JavaScript, and building complex UI layouts using Flutter widgets.
- Deep understanding of Clean Architecture and the ability to apply it to scalable mobile apps.
- Proven track record of shipping apps to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and documenting technical solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Firebase and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
- A passion for exploring new technologies, such as native iOS/Android development or BLE.
Benefits
The annual base salary for this position is $145,000 to $160,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we offer:
