What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a vital position where you will act as the bridge between our machine learning research and our operational production environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that our models are not only built effectively but are also deployed and maintained with the highest standards of reliability and performance.
What will you do?
- Design and maintain the architectures for our large-scale processing systems, while facilitating the smooth deployment of machine learning models into production.
- Build and manage automated pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment by utilizing modern CI/CD practices.
- Monitor the performance of our deployed models to ensure they remain efficient, reliable, and compliant with our security and data governance standards.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering and a passion for machine learning operations. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages, along with experience in software development and test automation.
- Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building custom integrations between cloud systems using APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Strong communication skills in English and a proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
