Our platform utilizes continuous glucose monitors to transform personal metabolic data into specific, timely recommendations for exercise and nutrition. Because more than 75% of the American population struggles with weight, we provide a unique, data-driven approach that empowers users to understand their body's specific responses to food. By facilitating small, consistent changes to daily routines, we help our members improve their overall health and achieve sustainable weight loss.
