Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Mission Assurance Lead to join us for a full-time position based on-site in Doral, Florida. This role is essential for ensuring that our C5IM capabilities remain resilient and ready to support complex operational objectives.
Your impact
- Oversee the architecture, configuration, and overall resilience of critical C5IM assets, including KT-C and MRT-C, to ensure seamless mission operations.
- Lead the deployment and integration of systems that support strategic campaign plans, crisis responses, and military exercises.
- Develop and execute comprehensive configuration management strategies that guarantee the accuracy and accessibility of information in contested environments.
What you'll need
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required for this position.
- You must hold a CASP+ certification.
- Five to seven years of professional experience in mission assurance and IT systems management, ideally within a military or defense context.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Deep expertise in configuration management principles and the ability to maintain resilient infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Prior experience supporting combatant commands or familiarity with DoD IT standards like ITIL and the DoD 5000 series is highly preferred.
