The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a leadership-oriented position where you will play a vital role in building and supporting the products that drive our mission forward. You will work closely with our product team to ensure we deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Core responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the backend systems that power our patient-matching platform.
• Collaborate directly with the product team to define requirements and ensure the exceptional quality of our deliverables.
• Contribute across our full stack, including working with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Docker, to support our broader engineering goals.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in backend development using Kotlin or Java.
• Proven experience working with PostgreSQL and AWS infrastructure.
• A willingness to work across the full stack, including React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Docker.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• A great sense of humor and a drive to solve complex problems.
