Operating entirely on a cloud-based platform, we handle over 370 billion ad requests every day, and we invite you to help us maintain the quality and efficiency of this massive infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

Design and build high-performance, distributed, and low-latency systems that can handle massive scale.
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, working closely with product teams to architect and deliver new features.
Analyze and improve the stability, efficiency, and scalability of our servers while identifying and removing unnecessary complexity.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in software engineering and a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience building SaaS applications using JavaScript and TypeScript, including Node.js.
Practical knowledge of database design, including RDBMS or NoSQL systems.
Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
Experience with Cloud Computing platforms like AWS or GCP is considered a significant advantage.
A background in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology is highly valued.
A collaborative spirit, a good sense of humor, and the ability to act as a self-starter who identifies areas for improvement independently.
