Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to focus on our API Integration platform. This is a full-time position that can be performed remotely from anywhere, with a specific welcome to candidates based in Latin America or Canada. You will join a dynamic, global team dedicated to building high-impact financial technology.
Your impact
- Take ownership of the development and improvement of our API integration platform, which serves as the backbone for our product suite.
- Lead the integration of new consumer-permissioned data APIs while ensuring robust data ingestion and monitoring.
- Build internal tools, frameworks, and testing suites that boost developer velocity, code quality, and overall system observability.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience at a technology company based in the U.S. or Canada.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with external API integrations, including protocols like OAuth, JWT, and webhooks.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and SQL.
- Experience building web systems using Express.js.
- Proven ability to design high-performance solutions within AWS.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Datadog.
- A curious and self-driven mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills and a firm grasp of testing methodologies.
- Professional fluency in English.
