We serve over 700 customers across 58 countries, and we are currently looking for a Mid Market Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a senior-level opportunity to help define a new category of technology while working alongside a team that values intensity, ownership, and high-impact results.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the onboarding process by integrating our AI solutions into their existing workflows and providing data-backed best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex organizations, building strong relationships with executive buyers and turning users into long-term advocates.
- Partner closely with our Account Executives to manage renewals and identify opportunities for strategic expansion within your assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 4 or more years of experience in customer-facing roles within the SaaS or technology sectors.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to manage high-volume projects, prioritize revenue-based goals, and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with the confidence to lead in-person meetings with executives and influence key stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration with product and sales teams, and a proactive approach to self-management.
- Maintain the flexibility to travel occasionally for customer site visits and internal company meetings.
