Since our founding in 2017, we have developed innovative technology to identify document fraud, processing millions of applications annually for major financial institutions and fintech companies like Coinbase, Plaid, Ramp, and Bluevine. We are backed by prominent investors including Y Combinator, Threshold Ventures, and Foundry. As we scale, we are looking for a motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team as our second dedicated AE. This is a high-impact, full-time remote role where you will help shape our sales strategy and drive our growth in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Key outcomes
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and discovery to final negotiation and closing.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers in risk, operations, and fraud departments.
- Clearly articulate the value of our solutions to address specific customer pain points.
- Generate new business within a targeted list of accounts while maintaining an accurate and healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams to refine our approach and secure new deals.
- Utilize modern AI tools and creative strategies to enhance your outreach efficiency and overall deal execution.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Inscribe at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying SaaS sales position, preferably within fintech, financial services, or B2B AI.
- A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A competitive, hungry mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- The ability to navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles effectively.
- A strong sense of ownership and the initiative to solve problems independently.
- Proficiency in English and a natural curiosity for testing new AI tools to optimize sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly in a fast-paced startup setting.
Compensation
The on-target earnings for this position range from $230,000 to $240,000, which includes a competitive base salary and commission structure. We also offer uncapped commission potential and accelerators for high performance. Our benefits package includes:
