The role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Australia. This is an ideal position for a professional with mid-level experience who is eager to take ownership of product initiatives and drive them from initial concept through to successful launch. You will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment where your contributions will directly influence our product roadmap and our ability to scale globally.
Core responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of key initiatives, ensuring that all projects remain on schedule and within scope while managing cross-functional teams.
- Product Ownership: Take charge of the product roadmap by aligning development efforts with our broader business objectives and the specific needs of our customers.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between internal departments, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure everyone is aligned on goals and project milestones.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar hybrid role, ideally within a tech-focused company.
- A proven track record of taking software products or features from the ideation phase all the way to a successful market launch.
- A solid grasp of Agile development methodologies and a high level of comfort using tools like Jira.
- Strong analytical skills, with a commitment to using data to drive decision-making and measure product success.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a proactive approach to risk management and process improvement.
