Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer - LATAM at WorkRamp

We are looking for a talented mid-level fullstack engineer based in LATAM to join our growing, remote-first team.

What you'll be doing

• You will architect, develop, and deploy new features for our core SaaS product, including building robust analytics engines and data pipelines.
• You will craft intuitive, user-friendly experiences using React and modern state management frameworks to support both learners and administrators.
• You will design and implement integrations that connect our platform with essential third-party tools, ensuring our product remains a vital part of our users' daily workflows.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of professional experience building high-quality software. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and possesses the following technical expertise:

• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern libraries such as React.
• A solid understanding of Postgres or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with our broader stack, which includes Redis for caching and queuing, and deployment via AWS.
• Strong communication skills in English, as you will be collaborating across cross-functional teams.
