We are currently looking for a Mid-Level Flask Developer based in Colombia to join our employee-first team in a full-time, remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Integrate directly into client teams to collaborate with their existing engineers and designers.
- Work within our internal product teams to build and deliver custom software solutions.
- Take extreme ownership of your tasks to ensure you meet the high expectations set by your team.
- Maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines for our applications.
- Solve complex technical issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Align yourself with client goals to ensure we consistently meet our project commitments.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven technical proficiency with Flask.
- A four-year college degree.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
- A strong background in building and maintaining large, complex systems.
- A positive, can-do attitude combined with forensic attention to detail.
