We are Phiture, a mobile growth consultancy dedicated to setting the standard for growth in the digital landscape. We partner with the teams behind industry-leading applications such as Adobe, Headspace, and LEGO. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Mid-Level Designer to join our global, remote-first team and help us build high-impact creative strategies.

Key outcomes

• Design high-performing marketing assets, including app store screenshots, icons, preview videos, and user acquisition creatives.
• Partner with copywriters, motion designers, and growth experts to develop creative strategies that leverage industry trends and performance data.
• Integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to enhance creative output and efficiency.
• Support the evolution of our brand identity by creating assets for conferences, events, and internal initiatives.
• Engage in creative reviews and feedback sessions to maintain high design standards and foster a culture of experimentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional design experience, supported by a portfolio that highlights marketing assets for consumer apps or digital brands.
• A strong background working within an agency or an in-house team, with a focus on mobile-first products.
• A deep understanding of mobile marketing, user behavior, and the creative elements that drive engagement and app installs.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• A proactive approach to utilizing creative AI tools.
• Exceptional skills in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving creative briefs.
• Strong communication skills in English, with a focus on collaborative teamwork.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with conversion-driven creative optimization and A/B testing.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with project management software like Notion or Asana.
• Basic skills in motion design using tools like Premiere or After Effects.
