The role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. You will be an integral part of our five-person technology team, providing essential desktop support and ensuring our Microsoft 365 environment remains stable and productive. This position is ideal for someone with a background in the investment or banking sectors who enjoys a collaborative and progressive work culture.

Core responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive desktop support for our users, focusing on the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Maintain a secure and compliant technical environment that meets the rigorous demands of the investment industry.
• Collaborate with our existing team to resolve technical issues while expanding your knowledge of tools like Teams, OneDrive, and EMS.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a desktop support role, specifically within the investment or banking sectors.
• Strong proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 products.
• A versatile, all-around technical skill set with a willingness to learn and master additional Microsoft technologies.
• Fluency in English to ensure clear communication within our collaborative team.
