What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role you will design and deliver solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, working closely with customers to translate requirements into working features. You will use your deep knowledge of .NET and CRM technologies to integrate systems, migrate data, and automate testing within an Agile environment supported by Jira. Three main responsibilities include leading solution implementations through every environment to production, collaborating with the data-migration team to guarantee successful transfers, and configuring automation tests while maintaining clear documentation. This position is fully Remote and open to candidates located Anywhere.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience developing large, complex projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong command of Microsoft .NET technologies. You are comfortable integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems, handling data from multiple sources, and implementing single sign-on across platforms. You thrive in an Agile setting, running daily stand-ups, managing work in sprints, and presenting completed features during showcases. Excellent English communication skills are essential, and you demonstrate a continuous drive to explore new tools and approaches that advance the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Experience delivering solutions for retail, wholesale, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
