The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity within Canada. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our Finance and Operations platform. You will lead design initiatives, build custom solutions, and manage critical integrations. Your work will directly support our enterprise transformation, ensuring our systems evolve alongside our growing business needs. We value your expertise in ERP implementation and your ability to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and practical business solutions.

A day in the life

• You will analyze our current business processes to identify meaningful improvements and develop creative workarounds that maximize our existing out of the box functionality.
• You will manage the full software development lifecycle, which includes researching, documenting, and modifying specifications to ensure our systems remain modern and efficient.
• You will collaborate closely with network administrators, systems analysts, and other engineers to resolve technical challenges while providing guidance to junior developers and research assistants.

Who you are

You bring at least 5 years of experience working within the D365 environment, ideally with a specialization in Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, or Security. You hold a degree or diploma in computer science or software engineering, complemented by relevant Microsoft certifications. You are a problem solver who thrives in high-pressure environments and possesses the following attributes:
