We are currently seeking a Metering Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation, including work orders, site surveys, and bills of materials to ensure schedules remain accurate.
• Coordinate installation timelines by collaborating closely with both internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Provide hands-on technical and software support to field installers to ensure high-quality, successful equipment deployments.

Requirements

• Hold a two-year technical associate degree in a mechanical or electrical field, or possess an equivalent background in industrial, military, or technical training.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, and project management capabilities.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications and show a clear aptitude for mastering proprietary software systems.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with sub-meter installation is considered a significant asset.
