Role at a glance
We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Sales Executive to join us on a 3-month full-time contract basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who loves being out in the field. While our company culture is built on remote work flexibility, this specific role requires you to be boots-on-the-ground in Manila to engage directly with our merchant partners.
Your impact
- Drive the growth of our payment ecosystem by conducting door-to-door sales and onboarding new merchants to our static QR platform.
- Act as the face of HitPay by training store owners and cashiers on how to use our systems, while providing hands-on support to ensure every transaction goes smoothly.
- Gather valuable insights from the field and track key performance metrics to help our product and marketing teams refine our strategy in the local market.
What you'll need
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience working in fintech, POS software, or the broader payments industry.
- A proven track record in sales and a natural ability to communicate technical benefits in a way that is easy for anyone to understand.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset and the ability to work independently while navigating the fast-paced nature of field sales.
- Fluency in English to effectively engage with our diverse merchant base.
- A reliable means of transportation, such as a motorcycle, as you will be traveling frequently to visit merchants across Manila.
