What you'll be doing
- Test and help strengthen Runway’s AI-powered creation suite so every release meets a high bar for quality and reliability.
- Work side-by-side with Product, Design, and Engineering teams during the early shaping of features to spot edge cases and refine user stories before development begins.
- Write clear, thorough test cases, keep our growing test-case library organized, and coordinate with external testers and the Customer Support team to triage and resolve issues reported by users.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience testing complex web and mobile applications, along with a solid grasp of modern QA practices and test-planning methods.
- Familiarity with the capabilities and output quality of leading AI image and video generation tools, plus the curiosity to keep learning as these technologies evolve.
- Strong problem-solving instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to see how individual components interact within a larger system; you communicate issues clearly and enjoy sharing what you learn with teammates.
- Empathy for end-user experiences and the creativity to design efficient, innovative testing approaches.
- Proficiency in English.
What you'll get
We offer a salary range of $90,000-$130,000 for this role in the United States.
