Member Care Recruiter at Includedhealth

We are looking for a strategic Member Care Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. As a new kind of healthcare company, we provide integrated virtual care and navigation, working to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone by breaking down barriers to high-quality support. In this remote, contract role, you will help us scale our Care Operations and Member Care teams by managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including Member Care Advocates, Connected Care Assistants, Member Experience Specialists, and Claims Support Coordinators.
• Use creative sourcing strategies across social media, job boards, and community outreach to engage both active and passive talent.
• Manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, team culture, and staffing needs.
• Provide guidance on compensation and lead offer negotiations to ensure successful hires.
• Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to refine workflows and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline data to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure all hiring practices remain compliant with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Must-haves

• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, specifically within customer service, care operations, or member care environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• A strong track record of sourcing and engaging diverse candidate pools.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
• A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
• The ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Professional proficiency in English.
