What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Medical Program Manager to join the Fullscript Academy team for a 17-month maternity leave coverage. This full-time, remote position is perfect for someone who thrives on organizing complex workflows and driving high-impact educational initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clinical content reaches practitioners effectively and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning and execution of medical content initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time and meet our high standards.
- Facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration by acting as the main point of contact between medical content teams and internal stakeholders.
- Managing the intake and prioritization of projects using tools like Asana and Airtable to maintain visibility and track progress across the entire Academy portfolio.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in program or project management, ideally within the healthcare or medical education sectors. You should possess a strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while navigating intricate workflows. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of managing stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with clinical content development is a significant asset, as is experience working with learning management systems. You must be comfortable using digital project management tools to enhance team efficiency and maintain clear project oversight.
