Medical Director at Glutopia

We are looking for a Medical Director to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. At Glutopia, we are dedicated to improving lives through our best-in-class diabetes care platform. As a leader in this space, we rely on deep clinical expertise to bridge the gap between complex health technology and the daily needs of clinicians. In this role, you will act as our primary clinical voice, helping us refine our product strategy while expanding our footprint across health systems and community practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main clinical representative for our company by networking with industry leaders, presenting at major conferences, and crafting messaging that resonates with sophisticated clinical audiences.
• Lead the clinical strategy efforts focused on the growth and long-term retention of our extensive network of clinical users.
• Collaborate directly with our Product and Engineering teams to provide physician-level guidance, ensuring our tools effectively support workflows and meet the evolving demands of diabetes care.

Requirements

This is a senior-level position that requires a candidate with a strong background in the healthcare sector. You should possess a blend of clinical expertise and strategic business acumen. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with user research and has a proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships within the diabetes ecosystem. Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate our vision and thought leadership to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
