Key outcomes
- Oversee the operation, support, and troubleshooting of all audio and visual systems across our campus, including post-production screening rooms and conference facilities.
- Maintain state-of-the-art projection and Atmos theater environments, ensuring all content is presented at the highest technical quality.
- Manage a diverse range of video teleconferencing and collaboration systems, ensuring seamless communication standards.
- Collaborate with internal divisions and external AV contractors to design, install, and improve media technology processes.
- Interpret facility drawings and technical specifications to ensure projects are integrated reliably and cost-effectively.
- Provide preventative and remedial hardware maintenance while managing asset inventory and configuration daily.
- Develop standard operating procedures for hardware and software, including the design of intuitive user interfaces for our systems.
Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in an enterprise-level technology environment, including at least 2 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives. You should possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
Technical proficiency:
- Expertise in screening rooms, multi-site media review systems, and collaborative media environments.
- Deep knowledge of signal processing, including SDI and HD SDI, as well as video coding and compression techniques.
- Experience with Crestron environments, audio mixers, microphone systems, and broadcast equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret complex AV system drawings and network architectures.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in cramped spaces, and lift over 50 pounds.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience within the animation, visual effects, or broader media and entertainment industries.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Cloud, Foundry Flix, Autodesk products, Avid, and Shotgun.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000 USD. The final offer will be determined based on your specific qualifications, location, and relevant expertise. We are pleased to offer a hybrid work arrangement to support a flexible and productive work-life balance.
