This full-time, on-site role is based in the United States and centers on mechanical engineering, 3D printing, robotics, project management, technical documentation, and cross-functional leadership. You will manage people and projects while staying hands-on with technical decisions that shape how our equipment moves from concept to production.

This position is located in the United States and requires on-site collaboration with our cross-functional teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least eight years of experience developing complex robotic or mechatronic systems, including three or more years in a leadership capacity. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or robotics engineering is required, along with proven expertise in specifying, designing, prototyping, and documenting capital equipment from concept through production release. Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to keep multiple projects on schedule while supporting both team development and technical outcomes. Professional fluency in English is necessary. A master’s degree or experience with PDM administration is viewed as a plus but is not required.
