- Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical components, from initial prototyping and functional testing to the creation of detailed technical drawings for production and quality control.
- Act as a technical bridge by supporting our sales team and interacting directly with architects, installers, and building officials to ensure our products meet exact specifications and regulatory standards.
What makes you a great fit?
To thrive in this role, you should be a highly motivated professional with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in our product line. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, as you will be communicating across international teams.

- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to travel up to 5% of the time, including regular visits to our manufacturing partner in Dormelletto.
Please note that this position is based in Italy, and we are unable to provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
What's in it for you?
We believe in supporting our employees through a balanced work environment. As part of our team, you will enjoy:
- Hybrid work arrangements to provide flexibility.
- The opportunity to work with a globally recognized brand that prioritizes innovation and design excellence.
- A collaborative culture that values your input and encourages you to take ownership of your professional growth.
