What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role for our global expansion, as you will help conceptualize new forms and oversee the development of products that perform beautifully on a world stage. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with our international engineering teams in the United States and Portugal while maintaining a vital connection to our manufacturing partner in Dormelletto, Italy.

What will you do?

• Apply your technical expertise and knowledge of engineering principles to design high-end bathroom and kitchen products using SolidWorks, ensuring every piece maintains our signature aesthetic integrity.
• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical components, from initial prototyping and functional testing to the creation of detailed technical drawings for production and quality control.
• Act as a technical bridge by supporting our sales team and interacting directly with architects, installers, and building officials to ensure our products meet exact specifications and regulatory standards.

• A degree in Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in both Italian and English, as you will be communicating across international teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, along with experience using Enterprise PDM and Microsoft Office.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to travel up to 5% of the time, including regular visits to our manufacturing partner in Dormelletto.
