As we continue to grow our impact, we are looking for a Senior Materials Research Scientist to join our team on-site in the United States and help us build the future of sustainable materials.

What you'll be doing

You will apply your expertise in polymer science to analyze structure and property relationships, ensuring our materials meet the highest standards of performance.
You will take the lead on designing, conducting, and analyzing complex experiments while developing new formulations that improve quality and reduce costs.
You will serve as a mentor to research associates and collaborate closely with your peers to drive research projects forward independently.

What you'll bring

You hold an advanced degree in Materials Science and Engineering or Polymer Science.
You have 6 to 8 years of professional experience working with polymer physics, morphology, and rheology.
You possess strong leadership and communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively share your findings with colleagues and manage relationships with external vendors.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can manage projects from start to finish.
