As we continue to grow our impact, we are looking for a Senior Materials Research Scientist to join our team on-site in the United States and help us build the future of sustainable materials.
What you'll be doing
- You will apply your expertise in polymer science to analyze structure and property relationships, ensuring our materials meet the highest standards of performance.
- You will take the lead on designing, conducting, and analyzing complex experiments while developing new formulations that improve quality and reduce costs.
- You will serve as a mentor to research associates and collaborate closely with your peers to drive research projects forward independently.
What you'll bring
- You hold an advanced degree in Materials Science and Engineering or Polymer Science.
- You have 6 to 8 years of professional experience working with polymer physics, morphology, and rheology.
- You possess strong leadership and communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively share your findings with colleagues and manage relationships with external vendors.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can manage projects from start to finish.
