What you bring
We are looking for a Mid-Level Materials Engineer to join our team on a Full Time, on-site basis in the United States. You will play a vital role in optimizing our advanced composite materials by leveraging your expertise in engineering, data analysis, and experimental design. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of new materials through hands-on experimentation, sample preparation, and rigorous data analysis.
- Collaborating with our mechanical engineering team to create novel processing techniques and testing methods.
- Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation to communicate your findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in the relationship between material structure, properties, and processing. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field, along with at least three years of professional experience in material design and testing. We value candidates who are exceptional at problem solving and can effectively interpret complex data. Proficiency in Solidworks is highly regarded, as is the ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences. You must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
