Role at a glance
We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with the drive to thrive in a high-growth startup environment. You will be based in our New York City headquarters, where you will typically work from the office at least four days a week, with up to 15% travel required.
Your impact
- Take ownership of marketplace targets for new customer launches to ensure we deliver high-quality fulfillment every time.
- Execute a mix of scaled campaigns, onboarding initiatives, and hands-on partner conversion tactics to hit a 100% fill rate for new deals.
- Leverage SQL, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools to gather data, build insights, and drive key operational decisions.
What you'll need
We are looking for a self-starter who is highly organized and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. You should be a problem solver who can synthesize complex information into clear, actionable plans. You will need a strong track record of being results-driven, as you will be responsible for hitting specific targets in your assigned regions. Proficiency in data analysis and analytics is essential, as is a professional command of the English language.
