Marketing Program Manager at Common Room

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Program Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. We need a versatile marketer who thinks from first principles and loves building systems that keep things moving quickly. You will be instrumental in taking our existing programs to the next level and helping us scale our impact.

What will you do?

• Scale our creator program: You will take ownership of our established creator program and expand it by working with customer advocates, emerging creators, and implementation partners.
• Manage event strategy: You will oversee our entire event portfolio, including webinars, meetups, dinners, and conference appearances, ensuring every activity delivers measurable results.
• Cultivate community engagement: You will manage our owned community and expand our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube to grow awareness of Common Room.
