We are InvGate, a rapidly expanding SaaS organization that builds innovative tools for IT management and service automation. Our solutions are trusted by clients across more than 50 countries, spanning diverse sectors like banking, education, technology, and e-commerce. As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team in Argentina on a full-time, on-site basis.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage our affiliate program by identifying and onboarding media publishers, negotiating favorable terms, and providing the support necessary to ensure our partnerships thrive.
- You will seek out and secure new content and linking opportunities by proactively reaching out to publishers to coordinate guest posts, cross-promotions, and other strategic content partnerships.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for journalists and media professionals, distributing our thought leadership and press materials to increase our brand visibility and secure meaningful media coverage.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in marketing, communications, or a related field. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in media relations, affiliate marketing, link building, or similar outreach roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with external stakeholders.
- A firm grasp of SEO principles and content marketing tactics to drive organic growth.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and various project management tools to keep your outreach organized.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our international network.
