We are Empowerly, a fast-growing education technology company dedicated to helping students reach their full potential. Our platform provides families with a comprehensive view of college readiness by combining expert counseling with our proprietary Empowerly Score. Having secured 30 million dollars in funding from prominent investors, we are now scaling our go-to-market efforts across sales, events, and partnerships to drive significant revenue growth. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis to lead our webinar program and help us reach our ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 12-month webinar roadmap that aligns with our core business objectives, target audiences, and sales pipeline goals.
- Architect and manage the end-to-end technical stack, including Zoom, HubSpot, and project management tools, to ensure seamless automation and data integrity.
- Analyze program performance using key metrics like conversion rates and ROI to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of marketing experience in the B2C or ed-tech sectors, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on scaling high-volume, revenue-driven webinar programs.
- Advanced proficiency in managing marketing technology, specifically with Zoom Webinars and HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills for landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage complex, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- The ability to work during Pacific Standard Time hours, particularly between 2 PM and 7 PM, to support live webinar delivery.
