The opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our marketing department, overseeing the technology, data, and processes that keep our campaigns running efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in aligning our marketing efforts with broader business objectives, ensuring that our workflows are optimized and that every decision we make is backed by clear, actionable data.
A day in the life
- You will manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, which includes tools like 6Sense, Pardot, Qualified, Consensus, and Outreach.io, while ensuring these systems integrate perfectly with our sales and business operations.
- You will take ownership of our marketing data, maintaining high standards of accuracy within our CRM and automation platforms while building dashboards that track campaign performance, pipeline impact, and overall ROI.
- You will collaborate across departments, partnering with revenue operations, sales, and demand generation teams to refine lead management workflows and ensure our campaigns are executed with precision.
Who you are
You are a professional with a strong background in the B2B SaaS space who thrives on solving complex operational challenges. You possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, martech, and data analytics.
- Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems like Salesforce, and revenue intelligence platforms.
- Strong project management skills and an analytical mindset that allows you to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
- Fluency in English.
