We leverage blockchain technology to automate financial processes and reduce transaction costs, creating a more transparent and inclusive B2B payment ecosystem. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help optimize our marketing technology and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee the administration, maintenance, and strategic expansion of our marketing technology stack to ensure our systems remain efficient and scalable.
Take ownership of the lead funnel within HubSpot by managing lead routing, scoring, and auditing to ensure a seamless transition from capture to follow-up.
Analyze campaign and channel performance to provide actionable insights that identify new opportunities and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a marketing operations role or a similar professional capacity.
Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot as both a marketing platform and a CRM.
Proven ability to perform marketing analytics and translate data into meaningful business impact.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Full professional fluency in English is required for this role.
