We leverage blockchain technology to automate financial processes and reduce transaction costs, creating a more transparent and inclusive B2B payment ecosystem. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help optimize our marketing technology and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and strategic expansion of our marketing technology stack to ensure our systems remain efficient and scalable.
- Take ownership of the lead funnel within HubSpot by managing lead routing, scoring, and auditing to ensure a seamless transition from capture to follow-up.
- Analyze campaign and channel performance to provide actionable insights that identify new opportunities and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing operations role or a similar professional capacity.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot as both a marketing platform and a CRM.
- Proven ability to perform marketing analytics and translate data into meaningful business impact.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional fluency in English is required for this role.
