The role
We are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager on a full-time, hybrid basis. The position calls for a senior practitioner who will own the systems, data flows, and automation that power our demand-generation engine from India.
Core responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize multi-channel marketing programs inside Marketo and 6Sense, ensuring every campaign is precisely segmented, personalized, and measured.
- Apply AI, automation platforms, and modern data tools to scale account-based experiences, lead generation, and sales-outreach plays while continuously running experiments that improve targeting, messaging, and conversion.
- Act as the single point of contact for campaign execution, maintain the marketing calendar, report on performance, and translate results into clear recommendations that drive revenue.
Skills and experience
- At least six years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales operations within B2B software.
- Expert-level knowledge of Marketo (Measure and Engage), 6Sense, and Salesforce, plus proven success executing account-based marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Practical enthusiasm for AI and automation, demonstrated by exploring open-source projects on GitHub and applying tools such as Clay, Nook, Airtable, or n8n to real marketing use cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
