Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a versatile role for someone who thrives on wearing many hats and has a genuine passion for the restaurant industry. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand presence and driving growth while working from anywhere.
Your impact
- Drive Sales and Partner Marketing: You will create high-impact assets like landing pages and slide decks, design lead-generation campaigns, and manage our content strategy across blogs, podcasts, and paid media.
- Lead Events Strategy: You will own our annual events calendar, from managing budgets and sponsorships to coordinating logistics for trade shows and co-branded experiences, which will involve about 10 to 15 percent travel.
- Champion Customer Engagement: By working closely with our product team, you will develop collateral that educates our users and drives deeper engagement with our features through email and print communications.
What you'll need
We value aptitude and experience over specific credentials. You should be a self-directed professional with a strong background in marketing and a deep understanding of the restaurant space.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on marketing to restaurant operators.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional writing skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience leading others, whether directly or through cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and various design or video editing platforms.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with sales and product teams.

We offer a base salary range of $100,000 to $130,000, supplemented by equity and variable compensation. Our benefits package is designed to support your total well-being.
