We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in San Francisco. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will work within a collaborative, diverse community that prioritizes work-life balance and professional growth.
Key outcomes
- Lead and execute multichannel marketing strategies for specific product lines and practice areas to meet budgetary targets.
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot to manage email campaigns, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including program attorneys and membership teams, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Manage and update content through our Content Management System to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality promotional copy.
- Develop data-driven insights by monitoring campaign performance and recommending adjustments for future initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners to identify new promotional opportunities and negotiate advertising placements.
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and brand guidelines across all marketing vehicles.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree combined with 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B multichannel marketing, including direct mail, email, and digital campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage revenue and expense budgets.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with database list segmentation.
- Technical familiarity with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot, as well as experience with content management systems.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical capabilities paired with a creative mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
