Picture a fast-moving team in Germany that is rewriting how the world sells tickets to live events. Since 2018, vivenu has built an API-first platform that frees organizers from outdated systems and gives them the freedom to manage, market, and analyze ticket sales on their own terms. Backed by more than $65 million from leading investors and names like the San Francisco 49ers, we are scaling quickly and looking for a colleague who wants to shape that growth from day one.

The opportunity

As our Marketing Manager, you will own the bridge between marketing and sales, turning targeted campaigns into real pipeline and measurable revenue. Your work will directly support our mission to modernize global event ticketing while giving you full ownership of projects that move the entire company forward.

A day in the life

You will plan and run account-based campaigns that speak directly to enterprise prospects, refining messaging in HubSpot and testing new outreach channels to keep engagement high.
You will partner closely with the sales team, aligning content and training sessions with their goals, spotting expansion opportunities in customer lifecycles, and keeping shared materials up to date.
You will evaluate new tools, roll them out with clear documentation and training, then track performance so processes keep improving and the wider team stays aligned.

Who you are

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and bring at least four years of hands-on experience creating marketing assets, working side-by-side with sales, and steering projects from start to finish. You thrive in collaborative settings, communicate clearly, and enjoy solving problems with a logical, structured approach. You understand digital and API-first products, feel confident in both German and English at a professional level, and ideally have seen the inside of the ticketing, entertainment, or B2B SaaS world before.
